Dan Ruskin

Dan Ruskin has over 30 years of experience and is a visionary pioneer in the operational restructuring industry. He was an early advocate for integrating "best practices" from other industries—particularly lean manufacturing—into restructuring efforts. Dan has been instrumental in increasing value for some of the largest private equity firms in the world, as well as leading and implementing transformative programs for major manufacturing OEMs and suppliers. Remarkably, 85% of his engagements have been self-funded, demonstrating his ability to deliver high returns with minimal initial investment.

Dan has led and participated in over 350 engagements worldwide, including projects in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and China. He has led successful initiatives across various industries, saving companies billions of dollars and safeguarding over 86,000 American jobs. His hands-on approach focuses on delivering measurable results through operational improvements, lean manufacturing conversions, plant consolidations, supplier development, and liquidity management.

As the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Anchor Resource Management, Dan has a demonstrable track record of enhancing value in a wide range of industries and functions. Prior to Anchor, Dan was the Practice Leader and Managing Entity Principal of Plante & Moran AFME (PMAFME) Management Consulting and Restructuring practice, which he founded in 1990 to provide hands-on industrial and manufacturing engineering capabilities. He is widely recognized as one of the top turnaround and restructuring leaders in the country.

Derrick Stamps

Derrick brings over a decade of expertise in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) steel industry, where he led large-scale construction projects with a focus on precision, efficiency, and execution. His deep understanding of field operations and project management makes him a vital link between boots-on-the-ground realities and high-level strategy.

Driven by a passion for solving real-world inefficiencies, Derrick pivoted into payment systems—founding Volunteer Payments, where he’s spent the past four years helping businesses streamline financial operations, reduce processing costs, and gain greater transparency into their cash flow.

Co-Founder & CTO

Jarvis J. Stubblefield

Jarvis has been passionate about technology for as long as he can remember. It started with an old Commodore 64 his father had—and later, a Dell running Windows 95. Those early machines sparked a fascination that led him to build his first custom PC with help from one of his uncles. Around the same time, another uncle introduced him to software engineering by building a simple tic-tac-toe game together — a project that showed him how code could bring ideas to life. He was hooked.

That early curiosity turned into a career when he built a suite of software tools for Quality Control in manufacturing. Along the way, he dove deep into Lean Manufacturing principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC). He also developed a wireless hardware integration system that allowed handheld devices to connect to multiple types of measurement gauges — streamlining data collection on the factory floor. That innovation led to the acquisition of their IP by a $13 billion global tooling company, and Jarvis earned a patent in the process — a lifelong dream fulfilled.

Although he had been operating Vortex Revolutions as a side venture for years, the acquisition marked a turning point. It gave him the opportunity to focus on it full-time — designing and deploying software solutions across a wide range of industries. Through Vortex Revolutions, he has worked on everything from non-profit, government, and defense projects to conducting hundreds of technical interviews for companies like Roblox, Indeed, Wayfair, and Pinterest. He was also selected to lead a Software Development Cohort at Vanderbilt University.

People and technology are Jarvis’s passion. He believes that in today’s fast-moving world, we need both — innovation grounded in human connection. Outside of tech, he became certified to teach Systema, a Russian martial art built on the four pillars of breathing, relaxation, movement, and structure. These foundations build resilience — much like the mindset needed in modern business and technology leadership.
